How to Make Mayonnaise in a Food Processor


Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Do NOT skip this step

Put egg, lemon juice, dry mustard, salt, and 1/4 cup olive oil in bowl of the food processor.

Whirl it together to combine.

It should look like this.

Use the feeding tube pusher. It drizzles the oil at a perfect rate.

Now we will incorporate our cup of oil.

Jar it and enjoy!
