Ingredients - the cake mix I used just needed olive oil and water.

Start by whisking the cake mix in a big mixing bowl as per the cake mix instructions

Whisk for 1 minute if using electric mix and 2-3 minutes if by hand.

Pour cake mix into a well oiled cake tin and cook in the oven as per the packet instructions, this one took 40-50 minutes.

When the cake is done, leave it to cool. Once it is cool break it up into a large bowl and mix with chocolate fudge icing, I used half a tub but you can change to your taste.

Roll the mixture in to small balls and leave to set in the fridge overnight.

Melt the chocolate by breaking it up in to a bowl and warming it over a pan of simmering water, ensuring the water does not boil or touch the bowl.

Once the chocolate has melted dip the top of the cake stick in the chocolate and them insert into the cake ball.

Dip the cake pop into the chocolate covering the entire ball and shake off excess chocolate.

Leave to set in fridge overnight.

For the face I melted some milk chocolate and used a make up brush to draw it on. Once it was all dry I wrapped a cupcake holder around.
