How to make a healthier alfredo sauce (that is tasty)

Add 1 tsp of low fat butter to a sauce pot on low heat.

Add 1 tsp of non fat cream cheese.

Add 1 cup of milk to the pot.

Add 1/2 Cup of Italian cheese to the pot.

Add 1/2 tsp of flour to thicken the sauce.

Add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.

Add 1/2 tsp of garlic salt.

Add 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Sorry for the bad image. :/

If you want Cajun style Alfredo, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Stir everything together and let the Alfredo cook until smooth and creamy. This normally takes around 5 mins. If your sauce is thin, you add more flour. If it's thick, add more milk.
